Greenway Tree Service

Greenway Tree Service is a Buffalo tree company located on the city’s east side, and its website says it has been in business for more than 15 years. It lists tree removal, trimming and pruning, emergency tree service, stump grinding and removal, and wood chipping, with debris cleanup handled as part of its jobs. The company serves Buffalo as its primary area and names a long list of nearby communities, including Amherst, Cheektowaga, Tonawanda, Williamsville, Orchard Park, West Seneca, Depew, Lancaster, Lackawanna, Kenmore, Grand Island, North Tonawanda and Hamburg, covering both Erie and Niagara counties. According to its site, work is supervised by an ISA Certified Arborist, the company is licensed and insured, and workers’ compensation is carried for crews. Those are the company’s own statements and the site gives no license or certification numbers, so you may want to request a certificate of insurance and verify the arborist through the International Society of Arboriculture directory. The website also shows slightly different business hours in different places, so call ahead to confirm when someone is available. Phone (716) 265-6656 or visit the website to ask for a written estimate that includes cleanup.
